Funeral Notices: 9/30/14

Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces service for 56-year old Billy Van Hairgrove of Center. He passed away Sunday at Nacogdoches Medical Center. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Watson & Sons Chapel with interment at Buena Vista Cemetery, Shelby County. Among Billy Van Hairgrove’s survivors is his wife, Janet Hairgrove of Center; son, Joel Ethan Hairgrove of Center; sisters, Becky Jordan of Center and Beth Cassell and husband, David of Center; and brother, Bobby Hairgrove and wife Carol of Henderson.

 

Mangum Funeral Home announces service for 78-year old Charles Ray Davis of the Neuville Community. Service will be at 10:30 a.m. this morning at Neuville Baptist Church, with burial at Spann’s Chapel Cemetery. He retired from Tyson after many years. Among Charles Ray Davis survivors are his wife, Billie Eaves Davis of Center; daughters, Linda Masoud of Humble, Ginger Little of Conroe and Tonya Walker of Conroe; step-children, Kathy Ford of Bronson, Debbie Loftin of Joaquin and Marty McDaniel of Joaquin; sisters, Elizabeth Chaney and Ruth Mullins, both of Ben Wheeler, Pearlene Purkey of Mineola, Martha Liebel of Fruitvale and Ann Aldridge of Lubbock; half-sister, Opal Kemp of Oklahoma; and half-brother, Fred Davis of Oklahoma.

 

Taylor Funeral Home of Timpson announces service for 73-year old James Harold Milford of Longview. Service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Taylor Funeral Home Chapel with interment at Corinth Cemetery, Timpson. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening at Taylor Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the James H. Milford Memorial Fund, Chase Bank, (account #3045130985).

 

 

Garrison Funeral Home announces the death of 67-year old Connie L. Williams of Garrison. She passed away Saturday at Nacogdoches Medical Center. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Among Connie L. Williams’ survivors are husband, David Williams of Garrison; Children, Glen, Sherry, Stephanie, Richard, Crystal, Audrey & Carpri; brother, Bobby; sisters, Glena, Patty, Becky & Gay; and step-father, Ed Moats

 

Community Funeral Home of Center announces pending service for 66-year old Miss Gloria Jean King of the East Liberty Community. She passed away Saturday night at her residence.
