Huxley Bay’s First Oktoberfest & Beauty Pagent will be held Oct. 10-12, featuring crafts and food and several other events.

The “Backwoods Princess” pageant will be Oct. 11, with everyone getting a crown, with deadline for entry next Tuesday, Sept. 30.

There will be live music from the Ashton Hill Band on Oct. 11 at 7 p.m., and an Oktoberfest Luncheon featuring traditional foods on Oct. 12.
