Wells Fargo having inventory done on former Shelby Regional Medical Center contents

According to a story online in ShelbyCountyToday.com, inventory is being taken on the former Shelby Regional Medical Center.

The story says 123rd District Judge Charles "Brick" Dickerson assigned a court appointed receiver to do a complete inventory of the facility last month.

The article states that everyone with medical records stored at the facility will be notified by mail and by public notice as to when and where they can be claimed.

It’s reported the process the receiver follows is dictated by the court, and was spurred by a motion of entry of default filed by Wells Fargo Bank against Shelby Medical Holdings and Tariq Mahmood in the amount of $1.251 million, as well as additional fees and expenses.
