San Augustine August weather stats

Tom Johnson has shared the San Augustine’s August weather summary with us, and his report says there was not a day during the month where the temperature reached 100 degrees. The warmest day in San Augustine was August 12 when it got up to 96. The coolest was also the 12th at 64.

 

As for rain, August proved to be dry, as only 1.38 inches of rain was recorded. The highest rain total day was Aug. 31 with .57 inches.

 

Year-to-date, San Augustine had recorded 33.8 inches, around a half-inch below normal. The yearly average is just over 52 inches.
