The Joaquin City Council will have a regular meeting at 6 p.m. tonight. Among the agenda items for discussion and possible action will be placement of credit card & online payment system for utility bills, delinquent utility accounts, designating the City Park a smoke free, drug free & gun free zone, tank inspection for the elevated and ground storage; update on Community Center Rules, purchase of print from Rusty Wilson, and adopting the tax rate for 2014.
