Today’s the sign-up deadline for a place on the Nov. 4^th  ballot in several city and school board races in the area.

So far, elections will be held in the City of Center and City of San Augustine, as at least one council position is being challenged, and also in the San Augustine ISD. As of Friday, only incumbents have filed in the Center and Excelsior ISDs. Interested individuals will need to go to their school administration building or city hall and file the paperwork to run. Deadline is today.

Early Voting will take place Oct. 20 thru Oct. 31.
