The Shelbyville ISD Board of Trustees have a couple of meetings today.

At noon, a special called meeting will take place for a Budget workshop. That will be followed by a regular meeting at 12:30 p.m., at which time trustees will consider for approval the teacher salary schedule, the student code of conduct, the proposed tax rate, and setting a public meeting date on the Budget and proposed tax rate.

Superintendent Dr. Ray West is to also give a report on the student and employee handbook for the new school year.
