A Women Helping Women, Friend to Friend event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 16, at the Center Community House at 415 San Augustine Street.

Lunch will be served at no charge, Nacogdoches Medical Center will be on-site conducting FREE health screenings, appointments for cervical and breast cancer screenings will be scheduled and conducted at no charge for those that qualify, door prizes, goodie bags and vendors will be on-site.

Speaker will be Jean Diebolt, CEO of The Hope Clinic in Tenaha.

Registration in advance is required by Aug. 13, as seating is limited to the first 100 participants.
