Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces a graveside service for 75-year old Patricia Ann Crawford of Center. Graveside Service will be at 10 a.m. this morning at Powdrill Cemetery in Center.

 

Wyman Roberts Funeral Home of San Augustine announces a memorial service for 74-year old Dennis “Leo” Edward Brownlee of Broaddus. He passed away Monday at his residence in the Powell Park Community in San Augustine County. Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Old Salem Cemetery, Shelby County. The family chose cremation, and visitation will be prior to the graveside service at the cemetery. Among Dennis “Leo” Edward Brownlee’s survivors are his wife, Barbara of Broaddus; children, Phillip Kennon of Cypress, Tracy Paige of Pineland; Peter Webb of Dallas, Dana Brownlee of Broaddus, Gordon Brownlee of Phoenix, AZ, Kristina Pivovar of Ohio, Dennis Edward Brownlee of Phoenix, AZ, Whitney Goetter of Ohio and Ben Goetter of Santa Barbara, CA.

 

Sid Roberts Funeral Home of Nacogdoches announces service for 88-year old Jewel Dean McCoy Lane of San Augustine. Service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Reed Chapel Baptist Church in San Augustine, with burial at Mosaic Cemetery in San Augustine. There will be two visitations, from 1 to 5 p.m. Friday at Sid Roberts Funeral Home in Nacogdoches, and 10 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. Saturday before service at the church.

 

Heritage Cremation of Mountain City, Tennessee announces the death of 83-year old Julius Ray Cogswell, formerly of Center. He passed away July 6 in Mountain City, Tennessee. Mr. Cogswell was cremated and no service is planned. Among Julius Ray Cogswell’s survivors are, his wife, Bobbie Cogswell of Mountain City, Tennessee; daughters, Mitzi Hays of Crystal Beach and Tonya Guillotte of Orange; brothers, Billy Cogswell of Center, Harold Cogswell of Logansport and Lynn Bueke Cogswell of Garrison; sisters, Hazel Metz of Orange and Linda Lawler of Longview; and sister-in-law, Nelda Shillings Brown of Center.

 

Community Funeral Home of Center announces service for 72-year old Roy Whitaker, Jr. of Mansfield, Louisiana. Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at New Eastside Baptist Church in Mansfield. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Community Funeral Home Chapel in Center.

 

Garner & Son Mortuary of San Augustine announces service for 102-year old Herman Garner of San Augustine. Service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at True Vine Baptist Church with interment at Mosaic Cemetery in San Augustine. Visitation will be from 12:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday at Garner & Son Chapel.
