In Louisiana, a gallon’s averaging $3.45, down a penny in the past week. Nationally, the average is $3.64, which is up 17 cents from the same time a year ago. Here at home, checking prices this morning in Center, the lowest we found was $3.45 at Wal-Mart, down two cents in the past week.
