San Augustine Main Street held a Fourth of July downtown business window decorating contest this week, and Texas Star Retail Store located in the newly renovated J P. Mathews Building won first place. Second place and congratulations was Haley Furniture and Appliance, while third place goes to Tangles Hair and Nails.
