Center native, Nacogdoches business man arrested for second time

A Nacogdoches businessman and Center native, arrested earlier this month for assaulting a man and taking his keys, has been arrested a second time for filing a false report.

According to The Daily Sentinel, 59-year old William Charles “Willie” Hudson, the owner of Nacogdoches Hardware & Rental accused a woman of exposing herself to him when she allegedly raised her dress and made comments of a sexual nature.

Nacogdoches PD officers found that Hudson’s allegations were materially false, according to the report.

The affidavit shows the woman was not wearing a dress, but instead pants and other clothes, along with a barber’s smock.

The complaint was reported to have been filed three days before Hudson’s arrest for robbery, when he took the keys of 54-year old Mark Porter, the technical director for SFA’s School of Theatre after he parked a truck behind the SFA’s Cole Art Center, across from the hardware store in downtown Nacogdoches.
