The HOPE Project in Tenaha announces the first Tenaha Independence Day Celebration Family Festival to be held in conjunction with Tenaha Independence Day Celebration Firework Display, Friday, July 4.

Events are planned for the downtown Tenaha Square. Planned activities include a vendor area; Little Miss/Miss Firecracker pageant; Veteran Recognition; American as Apple Pie Eating Contest; Patriotic Pet Parade; Red, White and Bounce Park; Yankee Doodle's Den for big kids; and a 50/50 raffle.
