Thanks to a Center homeowner having a video surveillance camera system, a well-known area burglar has been arrested. Center Police arrested 52-year old Jessie Ray Hamilton of Center after he was caught on video last Wednesday, May 21 entering the garage of the Pecan Street residence while the homeowners were asleep and took several items. It’s reported Center P-D detective David Haley reviewed the video and identified the suspect right away as being Hamilton. He was arrested Friday for Burglary of a Habitation.
