Center Roughriders Defeats Tatum In A Blow-Out Victory
 
Center Roughriders coasted to an easy victory over Tatum 13-2 on Tuesday
 
In the first inning, Center Roughriders got their offense started. Center Roughriders scored one run when Juan Gonzalez singled.
 
Center Roughriders put up four runs in the sixth inning. Center Roughriders big bats were led by Jaxon Covington, Clay Snider, Dalton Alexander, and Christian Lee, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning.
 
Covington pitched Center Roughriders to victory. He went four innings, allowing one run on two hits and striking out ten. Snider threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen.
Hunter Foster took the loss for Tatum. He went two innings, allowing five runs on three hits and striking out two.
 
Center Roughriders collected ten hits. Gonzalez, Snider, Covington, and Tyler Fountain each collected multiple hits for Center Roughriders . Gonzalez led Center Roughriders with three hits in five at bats. Center Roughriders stole 12 bases during the game as five players stole more than one. Zacc Smith led the way with four.
 
Colton Vandre went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Tatum in hits.

Big Second Inning Propels Center Riders JV Win Over Tatum
 
Center Riders JV defeated Tatum 10-2 on Tuesday thanks to a timely six runs in a big second inning. The offensive onslaught came from an error on a ball put in play by Tyler Herndon, Bryce Cockrell, and Malik Patton, a single by Dayton Bush, and a double by Josh Clinton.
Center Riders JV got things started in the first inning. Patton singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.
 
Center Riders JV scored six runs in the second inning. Center Riders JV put the pressure on, lead by an error on a ball put in play by Herndon, Cockrell, and Patton, a single by Bush, and a double by Clinton.
 
Kutter Milford took the win for Center Riders JV. He surrendered zero runs on one hit over two innings, striking out three. Clinton and Patton entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
 
Friend took the loss for Tatum. He went two innings, allowing eight runs on five hits and striking out three.
 
Center Riders JV tallied seven hits on the day. Clinton and Patton each collected multiple hits for Center Riders JV. Patton and Clinton all had two hits to lead Center Riders JV. Center Riders JV tore up the base paths, as two players stole at least two bases. Brayden Strong led the way with two.
